The Blackstone Rangers are a 'distorto-pop' trio that formed in Dallas, Texas in 2010. The band comprises Ruth Smith (vocals, synth), Derek Kutzer (guitar, vocals), and Dan Bornhorst (drums).Their debut EP, Into the Sea, was released in June 2012 by North Texas cassette label Dallas Distortion Music.
